Your Commitment

We’re not going to lie: This course is a big time and energy commitment. However, like the old saying goes: “you get out what you put in.” This course is no exception. When you sign up, you are committing to do the following things for the next 12 weeks:

• Attend and participate in one live weekly Zoom meeting with Emily and Carrie other fellow classmates

• Read one assigned chapter every week from The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron

• Write daily morning pages (three pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness morning writing)

• Take yourself out for one Artist Date per week

• Complete three tasks at the end of each chapter designed to get you unstuck and functioning at top creative potential - and send us a weekly update for accountability

what format is this class?

This class is a weekly, ONLINE format only. We do not meet in person but rather, via Zoom. You do not have to pay for a Zoom account in order to attend the classes. You only need the FREE Zoom account to participate.

which artistic discipline is this class designed for?

This class is for anyone who wants to live a more creative life. It is designed to unlock creativity, and creativity applies to every art form. Therefore, it is for all artistic disciplines and not for a specific one only.

what if I miss a zoom session?

Attending as many Zoom meetings as possible is going to help you get the most out of this course. Of course, life happens, and if you end up missing a meeting, we will give you access to a recorded version of that week’s meeting. We also ask that you still submit your weekly assignment to us at honestlydearlistener@gmail.com for accountability’s sake.

do you offer refunds?
